Pizza Hut in Fayetteville

Very rude driver in the white expedition. Impatient with me because I took too long to give him a tip. My tip now is be more patient with customers with disabilities.

The app for online ordering a bit awkward, sluggish. Food was hot and ready on time. Tasty!

Service was very slow due to one of the ovens not working. The floors were extremely dirty and at one hour after placing my order online, it was just about to go in the oven. People were told as they came in that it would be an hour and twenty minutes. They left. 🤔

Pizza hut is making a comeback. This store was clean, had good food. And the service was friendly. Tipped the waiter well. Remember to leave a tip for good service!

Good pizza no atmosphere

Had to wait to be seated ,even after waiting he told me just to seat myself. I had to go back to counter and ask for some silverware after eating to plates of food. Still waiting on them to refill my drink ,for the first time ! Most of the pizza on buffet was cold ! I don't they should have opened another store downtown until they can improve on this one.

The pizza is really good and no one beats the hut

Latoya was great! Great service! We ate at the buffet. Latoya and the Pizza Hut team made sure the buffet was stocked with all the delicious types of pizza and great salad bar! Only in Fayetteville for a week but will make sure we stop by one more time 🙂

Ultimate Cheesy Crust Pizza - As you can see this pizza has a lot of cheese. I was not a big fan of this pizza, but others may be. I asked for a cup of extra sauce, which they charge $.65 for. The guy in front of me ordered $37 worth of pizza and wings and he didn't even get ranch, he was told it would be the regular $.65.

My 97 year old grandma loved the salad bar. All of the vegetables were so fresh. This was also the cleanest Pizza Hut I had ever ate in. The service was great and we got our food very fast. Overall I had a great culinary experience at this establishment! 🙂✌🏻

Service was faster than expected for an order of that size. 5 pizzas and a lot of sides. VERY FAST AND COURTEOUS.

Been ordering here for the kids since we moved here a year ago, it’s only pizza place that delivers to my address. Food always arrive room temperature maybe slightly warm at most. They have forgotten my hot wings on 3 different occasions and only return them an hour after My food is delivered. Best to pick up if u like having all ur items at the same time that u ordered at the same time and If u like hot food. The pizza it’s self never haves enough cheese and it’s usually undercooked and also has to much sugar in the crust in my opinion.

Forgot my wings again, but it will be the last! Rather drive to domino’s down the street than get cold food and half my order!!

Me my girlfriend and her family decided on Pizza Hut after church. We had ordered ahead then decided to dine in instead of taking out. We got here and had to find our own seats. The waitress came took our drink order. We then went to the salad bar which was nearly empty. Their ranch dressing tasted awful. The worst I’ve ever had. After almost 35 minutes of waiting for drinks a group of people that came in after we did got their drinks. I went and checked on our drinks and food. The food had been ready. So by the time we got it it was no longer hot.

It's your average Pizza Hut. Not the best but not the worst. Not the cleanest but I've seen much dirtier. Service is good, ticket time was great for our large party (10u baseball players and families). I gave four stars because I have been eating food from this Pizza Hut since I was ten. In over 20 years, I have never had food poisoning from here. That is four star worthy to me.

Fresh pizza and easy online ordering

I don't eat or order here often, but it's usually hit or miss when I do.It's a real shame because I like the food.I ordered last night and was told it would be 5 mins before my order was ready, so I go to my vehicle & wait appx 8 mins to be safe.I asked if the order was ready & they told me no because they burned it & had to throw it out. It took an additional 15 mins, and no so much an "I'm sorry, can we get you a desert, a drink, or even a coupon"I asked for an additional marinara sauce & she just said it would be an additional 60 cents for that. When I reminded them about the extra time I had to spend waiting because they burned my dinner, they did offer one cup.I don't know if it's lack of proper training, or just not giving a flip, because I know that accidents happen, but if you make the customer feel appreciated & throw them a little bone, you'll get 5 stars instead

I waited for a whole hour on the dot for my food when i was told 15 mins. The place was slammed with people who were waiting just as long they need help cause after i got my food i no longer wanted it

Y’all the real MVP(Most valuable pizza) 😆First time ordering from this location. Used to always order papa johns but they are stingy on toppings and the last time we got pizza, all of them were burnt and we got them way late. We got our food and it was cooked to perfection, generous on the toppings, and reasonable delivery time! Hit the spot.

Kids enjoyed their dinner. Good value.

Great food super service

Food on salad bar was not fresh and waitress use dirt rag wipe it off and place debris I'm around salad bar back into the containers which to me is called cross-contamination I informed the manager that was on duty that this had occurred and that she might want to take those containers away and put fresh out since there was other people in the restaurant who might want to have the salad bar I do not know if the manager spoke with the employee or not but anyone that works in restaurant knows once food comes out of a bowl or plate you don't put it back in because of the fact you don't know who had had their hands on it I won't be going back I don't like dirty

Nice friendly staff very helpful, tables are clean as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to this Pizza Hut because it was right down the street from the hotel we were staying in. Once we got in the lady stated that it would be a 45 minute wait. We looked around and the restaurant was empty! Then she followed up by saying u can be seated right away but pizza would not be ready for 45 minutes. Now my dad has worked for several pizza places as a manager and a pie takes no more than 15-20 minutes and that’s fresh pizza. So frozen pizza from Pizza Hut to take 45 minutes... who are u kidding? U need better management and customer service especially that you are so close to a few hotels. Dominoes got our business for a party of 8. Your loss Pizza Hut.

Bad communication. Bad pizzas

The staff at this location is so rude and unprofessional!!! I’m not sure how it is still open for business! We usually have a good experience with delivery but if you want to dine-in they definitely let you know they do not want you there!

I ordered a large thin crust double pepperoni and spinach. It’s obvious that they had an old pepperoni pizza and put a little spinach on the top and ran it back through the oven. This old pizza is inedible and obviously not made to my order. I won’t return

I called at 10:40 to order pick up. He put me on hold then came back said sorry we’re closed. And hung up as I was about to say What!? You advertise that you’re open till 11! Damn!!!

They are always nice. But they are busy. Which means they're good.

Do yourself a favor and never come here. Worst service i have ever seen in my entire life. I would rather walk over hot coals than sit down in this restaurant again. The claw machine inside would have taken my order better than the server. Pizza Hut needs to shut this place down.

Held phone for 12 minutes never answered. Called back could not even get a word in before they put me back on hold. Can't believe such bad service

Very good service and food

This place is the WORST we ordered over the phone but something went wrong one of the employees messed up the order and cancelled it her name is Jennifer and she didn't tell us how long it would take to get our MONEY BACK we even spoke to the supervisor Mark and he was VERY rude and unprofessional it felt like they had it planned out because we heard someone talking to her in the background. So if you like being disrespected and told you're wrong about the amount of money you paid THIS is the place to go to and we didn't even get an apology from him he CLEARLY doesn't have a conscience
